Strange hack.....

Prolly has a virus or Logger.

Start>Run>Msconfig

Choose selective startup.

Uncheck Startup Items.

Go to services tab, Check Hide All microsoft services.
Then Click disable all.

Reboot Fixed

**With msconfig it might not be labeled unknown it might be blank, or it could be named as another program to be more hidden.

He knows pin=logger(some monitor ur screen) or pb. Simple as that. I had that, change ur psw from a different comp and virus scan this 1. If you find nothing then u need a new virus program

You said someone knows your FIRST password that is probably enough info for jagex to believe who ever is fucking with you that it is indeed their account so they keep allowing the other person on it. Eventually your account is going to be locked because to many appeals are being made.

I suggest you go to your local library and change your password, do a clean install of windows on your computer.

You should lock the account, let it sit for a week or so, and in that time, restore your computer, reinstall all anti-virus's, then unlock the account, if it keeps happening, should just xfer all valuables off, and try selling it.

I realize that OP's problem hasn't been resolved, but anyone posting repeat answers or things which will not aid OP will be infracted.

 

I'd vote this - or find a different computer and change your password and see what happens, if it doesn't get changed then you know you it's your computer, if it does someone knows your acc details n shit.
