EX-OMM rank for RESIGNING OMM's

OMM's that have been de-ranked don't deserve, like mods who have don't get ex-moderator rank

If someone doesn't have time for OMM, TEMPORARILY, instead of de-ranking them and they have to re-apply, let them choose to resign for a while, so they get an EX-OMM rank.

They worked hard to get it. They deserve the ex-rank upon request. Some might now because people will always ask them to MM.

 

Sounds good, although having the rank bears no responsibility, you don't have to MM if you don't want to, so you could just keep it? :S

 

I don't agree.

First of all, you are not suppose to suggest ranks, even though I know this is a little different.

But, if a OMM retires from OMM for a long period of time, they really should need to prove they are still trustworthy. This would prevent OMMs who stop using Sythe, come back, request the rank and steal some crap because they don't use sythe anymore and don't care. Idk, seems dangerous. I would support EX-OMM as a rank just to show what they have done, but I think they should still have to reobtain the rank if they want it back.

 

No support as well. You're not obligated to MM a certain amount of trades as an OMM, whereas you have to reach certain mod logs to remain a Mod....I'd say it's fine to let them keep their ranks.

Once an OMM, always an OMM until demoted. However, I wouldn't mind having only the active OMMs be put on the OMM thread.
