xbox 360 wont read games

    xbox 360 wont read games
    everytime i try to put in any xbox 360 games it wont read them even if they have no scratches. How can i fix this? i have a warrenty i just wanted to know if i could fix this without sending it back.

    Sounds like the DVD drive might be broken. I have no idea how to fix one on an xbox, you might want to google how to change it. But making your own changes to the console will void the warranty, so I wouldn't recommend it.

    Just send it in. Any repairs you could attempt to make yourself will void the warranty. Unless you for some reason don't care about the warranty, then you could see if swapping the disc drive fixes it.

    Same thing happened to mine, look for the i.d or the code it has then find the laser reader and swap it

    id has to match else it wont work
