High pardon #1

Hello,

Im M o s and im banned for vouching a friend.
This is what happens, some time ago when i wanted to register a account but when i tryed to make a profile it blanked my screen and it doesnt register. So i asked a friend to make a account for me this is 1 of my apology this was wrong. After some year he sold me GP's and i was vouching him.. This is a big mistake and my apology for that again..
I hope u understand this because my english if very bad ...
