ELDORADO.GG PERMANENTLY BANNED

I am seller at eldorado. I got permanently-banned yesterday. The reason is "abusing tag spam" which is i wrote 7 more text to my listing description. Got perma-banned for this reason. I'm new at eldorado. I wasn't know thats not allowed also there is thousands of sellers they have spam in their descriptions. as i said I wasn't know that. I won't do it again. I just mail to the eldorado support and they just send me an automated message. They never review my case. If they review my case i think they'll unban me. But they always sending me an automated message. In the eldorado website seller-rules they say that : "Permanently banned in the case of repeated abuse" No one ever warned me, no one. They just perma-banned me. They say permanently banned in the case of "repeated" abuse. I didnt repeat anything. They should have warn me. Thats the reason i got "permanently banned" : "

Thats what i wrote. Also i can show you a thousands of seller spamming in their description. An example : "PoloShop" He got 140k+ sales and spam in his description He's not getting banned because of +140k sales? Is that all? I can show you a thousands of like that. It's not fair at all. I want to someone who can really review my case. Also i understand, that cannot be allowed. just as i said they should have warn me as they said in their website. and if i repeat they can perma-ban me. but its not. I never got an warning. So please review my case again. Thank you.
