    I dunno man. King Piccolo was pretty rowdy. Cell was up there too. What about Broly?

    I would agree Frieza was given more dialog than most villians.

    I honestly always hated Android 17 and Cell... those two were the peak villains of my childhood.

    I think it might be Frieza might be the worst, even though he was the weakest of the 3.
