    Acne?

    Hey
So I guess I'm going through that stage where you just start getting tons of acne so something like that
And before it gets really bad, I just wanna know how you deal with acne or what you use for it?

    Acne?

I use Noxema Face Cream, basically a white cream that you put on your face, and it dries out the spaces you put it on, killing/preventing further acne. Of course it doesn't dry it out to the point to where you notice it or it hurts or anything ( Ive used pads that have done that before ).

I put it on 3 time a day, right before i leave for school, when i get home, and before I go to bed. I leave it on for about 3 minutes, take it off with cold water, and immediately my face looks better.

It doesn't cost much ( I actually think my aunt picked it up at Wallgreenes ) and they have their own site, with multiple products. You can read reviews on the product I'm talking about here: http://www.noxzema.com/product/Original-Clean/Deep-Cleansing-Cream-Plus-Moisturizers

Good luck! Don't forget to wash your face constantly if your starting to get acne.

    Acne?

Drink plenty of water and use tea tree oil wash for your face. Most products in the market are useless. Just keep it natural

"Sebuwash" Its a tad pricey, but its simply amazing. It'll clear anything up, and it won't mess up your skin (unlike all the other heavy duty anti-acne creams)

Or you could just go to the doctor, and try and get something prescribed.

    Acne?

Drink a lot of water, change your pillow cases every 2 days (sleep for 1 night, flip it over and sleep on it again, then change). The water gets rid of oils n stuff in your body, also when you sleep all the grease and what not from your face gets on the pillow, so you're sleeping on a greasy pillow after you've slept on it.

You want to wash your face (soap it up, rinse off, then soap it up again) in the morning and at night/before you go to bed also if you happen to get your face dirty in between :p

I did all that and I managed to handle the acne rather well, I did get the odd few spots but nothing major.
I used a few creams and stuff but I didn't notice any noticeable difference from just washing, drinking and changing pillow cases.

    Acne?

If it gets real bad, go see a doctor. Mine prescribed me this cream that made my acne gone within 2 nights. Shit was amazing.

    Acne?

Wash your face every night and use a clearing cream to remove the ones that pop up. If you wash your face everyday well then you shouldn't have a problem with it.

    Acne?

My college roommate has pills that were prescribed by his doctor. Seems to work, also has a cream but I have no idea what it is.

    Acne?

I had particularly bad deep skin pimples, and also quite a few surface ones. I went to the Doctor once it started getting really problematic, and he prescribed me a 3 month course of 20mg Oratane Tablets. They're heavy duty and you need to have blood tests before being allowed to use them, as well as you're not legally allowed to father a child while using them due to the risk of deformities, but they have worked wonders.
Typically they can have relatively bad effects on your mood and dry your skin out beyond anything, but they usually come at 60mg tablets - and my Doctor found that by reducing it to 20mg it was just as effective as stopping acne, but not as viciously.

If your skin gets really bad, ask a Doctor about these or something similar; soap, face washes, and skin lotions never did a THING for me, and I would use them religiously.

    Acne?

If you're serious about acne try PanOxyl, it's very very strong though - so don't use it if you only have a tiny amount of acne! Dermatologica is very effective also. Those are the most effective products I can think of from the top of my head. Chocolate, junky food and soda should be minimalised.

    Acne?

Stress plays a huge factor in the amount of acne you develop.
I've been told that junk food doesn't really have anything to do with it, but it's still something you should avoid. Also DO NOT pick at the pimples and DO NOT scratch them or pop them. I know they itch and are very uncomfortable, but if you mess with them they'll only leave scars, and those take a very long time to go away.

To find out which products are best suited for you to use to help treat your acne, you should talk to a dermatologist as they will probably be able to what's best suited for your skin type, level of acne, etc.

You must also keep in mind that no product will completely get rid of your acne on its own. It's an accumulation of the above things that does the job. Start by practicing good hygiene and getting plenty of sleep (I cannot stress how important sleep is in battling acne)!

    Acne?

When I used to have acne I tried so hard trying to cover it up and stuff. Later...after about a year or two of trying, I gave up and don't really give a fuck anymore. All I really did back then was to wash my face with Dove so my face doesn't dry up about 3 times daily and that's really it...

    Acne?

I've never had to deal with acne, I wash my face everyday, and I don't eat greasy foods (Not sure if that effects anything). The only thing I drink other than water is wine.

Sleep loads, clean loads, drink loads of water / juice.

Don't use all these dumb products people are suggesting, they only make your face way more sensitive.

    Acne?

I currently am on a medicine "Accutane" which is doing wonders with my acne. I started having it at 18 out of nowhere and I tried EVERYTHING spent at least $2000 on products. Nothing worked. Then I had no choice but to take Accutane which is a controversial drug as it has alot of side effects which could be an issue. Don't even have one thing on me now and my skin is so damn clean and smooth. If you have a few scars after that, you can use oil peels.

I still have to take one more month and I am finally off it for good.

If all else fails this could be your last chance as it helps guaranteed.
Only problem is the MAJOR side effects. I have hallucinations from time to time and it isn't natural as it has trans fats which increases your cholesterol. If you eat healthy and exercise (like me) then it's no problem at all. It also dries your lips up LIKE HELL - it's a pain in the ass with that and worse thing from it. Also sensitivity to the sun. It's also different for everyone so just talk to your doctor if you are ready for it.

Also drink TONS OF water. (I drink 6-10 bottles of water per day)
Use a good cleanser once per day (Use Murad). Don't use it twice as it's rough on the skin if you use it often (sensitive skin mainly)

Foods have NO effect on acne. Believe me, it's just rumors and shit. Acne is a biology thing and food, computers, sun, sweat doesn't do anything.

I haven't eaten fast food at least 3-4 years and I got acne 1 year after I stopped eating fast food/went to eat everything natural.

Don't use proactiv that's possibly the worse things ever.

Pretty much though all I used was Accutane and is just went away like that with me still eating chocolate all the time. Don't blame food, please.
