[Tut] Tutorial: How to create artistic looking borders on ANY graphic!

I've seen similar video tutorials on youtube, but they all wasted 10~20 minutes of my time.
Kin managed to compress all that into 3 simple steps, he's obviously got more talent than anybody else

The one drawback is that you must have some basic knowledge of the photoshop features, so it's clearly not for people who are new to Photoshop

Honestly, not the most useful guide.

However, I do like the amount of effort you put into your guides. They all look really good. Also your English is getting better ^_^.

It would be nice to see some more brushes though, like a harder spiky effect would also work nicely I feel.
