Hardly. The account does have 6 99's, including dung on a 1 def pure. Since RSGP is so low, I think it seems fit. He's got 1b set as he's valuing it in dollars, not as really 1b, which might sound like more. He also spent quite a bit getting the 99 herb, range, mage, smithing, etc.

Don't be the alarmed by the TWC which has sadly been slapped onto RsProd, it really is one of the most ridiculus TWCs placed on someone before.

This guy is as legit as it gets. It really is worth paying the extra money because when your purchasing a account from RsProd, you know the account will always remain yours.

Also, RsProd is one of the nicest guys you guys will ever come across. He always helps me or answers questions I have on msn, taking his time out of his busy schedule to do so. He's very easy to talk to and is always polite.
