0.37-0.4$ per M if selling to a trusted user, in the buying section of "gold exchange".
And that is what you wan't to do.
Do not accept paypal from untrusted users because those payments are easily reversable.
Ask for people's vouches before you trade.

In most cases, the less trusted person would go first.

If you're selling without a middleman, you will buy the gold through paypal or playerauctions, and then the seller will arrange a delivery with you.

If you are using a middleman, both of you will trade the middleman of choice, and then the middleman will distribute the goods

As for your gold, sell it for $17-25.

go to that section and find a thread that has a lot of posts in it, if you go into one of that threads you will find that a lot of people bought from that user, check the last pages to see if there has been good reputation for him, if there was then you can fill his form and trade with him. You should be going first or using a middleman
