    Buying a low level acc with quest cape or close to it
    buying a low level acc arround the 100-115 mark would like it to be lower but ye if it does not have quest cape i can do quests but i would like it to have really close to all the quests done

    please do not post pics or try to sell me offers for main accounts as i dont care for them and do not want them at all atm keep it arround 100-115 CB

    if i like the cb lvl and the account looks really nice to me il leave you a pm

    What about a maxed augury rigour tank 109+10, 90 prayer, has 70+ all stats and stat requirment to complete all quest, except 78 att/str, but those are within a few lvls and I was actually planning on getting a quest cape on the tank. 2050+ overall. Overloads. 99 dung, almost 100. etc.

    Also is already a fully quested tank with barrows gloves vengeance etc. 195 qp.. also has group venge.

    It needs 4 smithing lvls til it can do the last few quests.
