Just a level 3 with 60 Mining?

 

1m, maybe. It takes about 1 day to get this far, so nobody is going to want to buy it. Most level-3 skillers need to have at least one skill past 90 for them to be worth selling at all.

The only exception is selling this as a LRC account, but you won't find any interested buyers with just one. You'd need to sell many in bulk (at least 4-5) in order to find these buyers.

Also, LRC accounts need 80+ mining (you can probably get away with selling them at 77 though). They're worth about 10m each.

 

Wait so, all I have to do is get that to 77 Mining?

 

"All you have to do" involves getting about 3.5 times as much EXP from what level you are currently at. Plus, like I said, selling it as LRC is difficult if you are only offering one account. It will take a "bulk order" to get the good price. Finally, 10m is a little highball of an offer, but it's doable if you are patient.
