RSPS Cheating

First off I looked for right section couldn't find a better one, second I am looking for a way to Spawn items into a non Spawning RSPS (Runescape Private Server), I am paying through an Runescape account (91 Cb Beast Rune Pure) look below:

PS. Server is a 562 Loading 666 (But I want a trick/ hack/ software w/e it is to work on any client (i.e make it spawnable), not just the one I'm playing atm)
