Runescape Glitching

I'm not sure if this is allowed or not I know for a fact it'll start stuff with some people. But I found this forum where they were all about glitching and recovering old accounts etc etc. From what I remember people on these forums don't take too kindly to them. I was wondering if anyone had the slightest idea what that forum is called cause I have forgotten. As I said if it isn't allowed remove or tell me and I'll edit or whatever. Thanks in advance.
