Do any of these items have a use outside of the dungeon? Or do they just take up bank space?

 

staffs can be weilded outside of dungeon, pouches can be summoned and can help you carry more items at a lower summoning lvl or help you fight in multi combat

 

But chances are having a dungeon familiar follow you around is going to get you some attention, and most likely lead to a ban. Doesn't sound very useful to me.

 

don't waste your time here if you feel your gonna get banned, having one item from dungeon surely wont put you on jagex's ban list, the most they'll ever do is remove it from your bank
