To buy a gaming PC to BOT...Or...1 billion gp?

So im getting $500 for my bday thats coming up, and I have a choice of getting a PC (i7, 12gb ram), or I can buy 1b gp.

If I buy the PC, then I can run 5 bots or more, (making planks as it requires no quests or skills, only cash), at 150k an hour. Will see later

OR

1b gp...

What would you do?

 

PC for sure. You can make more than 1b gp off of it.

Gaming computers are overpriced as is and not designed to maximize botting. So if you choose a computer, build your own or at least do one that is designed for botting.

You will probably get more gold in the foreseeable future by buying it straight up. Instead of making small amounts per day and having to deal with bans, bots being down, paying for members, etc. you will simply have 1b.

That said, it's probably not a good idea to spend so much money on a game, but that's none of my business. It's your decision.

I'm sure there'd be lots of people happy to sell 1b for $500 (myself included).

$500 won't buy you a very good computer, even if you custom build it.

Added to that, like Pockets said, if you were to bot for your cash you would have to worry about start up cost+start up time+management of bots+dealing with bans/re setting up accounts to bot.

Unless you get extremely comfortable in the gold farming, I don't see you bothering long enough to make 1B from it.

If you were to straight up buy 1B, however, and invest that 1B properly, you can double your cash in a short amount of time and just sell the extra 1B you have and then all your GP will be pure profit.

 

If you believe you can profit from the 1B then do that, I would personally do it because I use VPSes and the only reason I actually PLAY on my computer is because of Runescape otherwise I'd be doing other stuff.

I'd buy the 1B GP, dice smart, like SUPER smart and profit.

Buy a Partyhat when I can, keep it.

Your choice in the end. I doubt you'll be playing Runescape forever...

Have you checked out the prices for a computer with the stats you think you're saying? There's a thread in the tech forum of a custom built that's like 4000$. A 500$ computer buys you some shit E-machine from Wal-Mart or a so-so one that you can get from a tech guy.

 

$500 can get a decent botting computer. That's nearly exactly what I paid for my design and it runs ~25 rsbuddy bots.

Dicing will ALWAYS lose your money in the long run unless you are hosting.

 

What about invest it rather than virtual gaming..?

 

Im not comp guru but the comp for $500 is: i7 2.8ghz (or 3.2ghz) i7, 12 gb ram, gtx 460 or something etc...i dont live in the us, where i live comps are super cheap

Spend the 500 on a computer.

Hands down get Computer. Althought if you have any money left over you can easily buy some extra mills

 

go buy 1b gee pee's go dicing at dragon dyce and do a 1b stake... snipe the roll of course and then re-sell 2b and buy a decent computer

 

If 500 isn't much, you could put more money into a nice computer. If not then 1b could be fine for you, depending on how long you'll be playing rs..
