Briefly explain the trade: My 7.97 mil gaia gold, and item steel plated ninja headband worth 8.5mil. Total of around 16.5mil for his/her $50 paypal

How they scammed: I went first and he/she received the items. Coffeecup said he/she sent the $50, but i never received it. Claimed paypal was slow and messing up. Next day, sent me 50 cents. I emailed paypal about the transactions, and the 50 cents was the only transaction made between us. Coffeecup now wont respond to my messages.
