Ban dispute for the account "Jamal smith"

I got banned yesterday for ban evasion.
I admit my fault, i created the account obby mauler on december 2008 just to sell an account. "Sell obby mauler got banned, and i left sythe for almost 3 years, as i didn't take care.
I came back to sythe seriously 2-3 months ago and created an account called Pelaoske, it got banned for ban evasion, and right after i created the account "Jamal smith".
I didn't realise ban evasion was creating new accounts after your account gets banned, i'm not from the U.K or from the USA so my english ins't perfect and didn't really know the reason why my accounts got banned.
I asked a few people now that i lost my account jamal smith were i had worked on vouches and such (I wanted to become a gp seller), and they told me ban evasion was about that.

The reason why i think i should get unbanned is that i didn't mean to commit a fault, and whatever was the reason i got banned on the account "sell obby mauler", i won't commit it again. I was 16 years old then and didn't have the same purposes i have now on sythe, i am now an honest player and aiming to become a trusted seller on sythe.
I have 19 years old now, i work and study and i consider myself a mature person without bad intentions, all i want is to some make money, to pay up with my own needs, have fun, and form part of a runescape community.
