How many of you Mage Box?

Wondering if any of you Mage Box, and if so have you done it lately?

I'm curious as to if Mage Boxers still use Ancients or do they use the new spell from ROTM?

I am torn between which would be better for Mage Boxing, I mean for Ancients you can use Blood Barrage which partially heals you but Storm of Armadyl just seems so damn accurate.

Hopefully someone can share their recent experiences

 

I used the spell the first day, but i changed to ancients.

Ability to heal > the accurasy of arma spell

 

Someone should test this staking small amounts

 

i think ancients still is better, but would be good to know if someone could test this <

 

I used to mage box somewhat regularly, but haven't for awhile. I'm really not sure which is more effective now, but I'd be willing to help test it out.

 

i am honestly not sure i just know that new spell raped me in the wild How much does it hit with out staff etc in a mage box the max?

 

I'm willing to help fun mage box to test this theory,
But its a good question and Id personally say Blood Barrage but that's cause it's made me bills, as for the armadyl storm, i have yet to try it.

 

i used ancients quite a few times vs the new spell and it just fucks me over every time. hits constant 150-200.

It has a minimum hit remember, waaaay too op

 

Ancient is better for sure.

 

Ooh thanks for reminding me of the minimum damage it does! That might compensate for the fact that it doesn't heal you.

I'll buy some runes this weekend I guess and test it out in small stakes at Duel Arena...Not too many stakes though because the runes are 3K each XD

 

I'd say Ancients, but I remember the first day of the new spell and everyone was like "MB no new spell!"

 

I prolly will once i get 99 in my combat stats. Do you all thing the new arma spell would work well.?

 

ROTM is far more accurate and i win 8/10 fights using that against ancients.

I mage box and I just use normal ancients, shadow and blood barrage

 

i used to mage stake alot but now its way to complicated for me as i don't play anymore

 

Just use shadow barrage, the new spells isn't as useful in mbing, use shadow barrage and blood barrage after spashing, shadow's more accurrate and accuracy and healing is where it is at.

 

im preety sure blood barrage is still number 1 for staking
