Paypal Limited, $40 reward for successful unlock!

So this is kind of ridiculous ill try my best to explain..
Over 3 years ago I would sell gold and stuff on ebay and everyone was always afraid of chargebacks so someone mentioned to make an Australian paypal account and have the money sent there. Then send the money over to your main paypal and then close the account. After that they wont be able to charge back. Well I did this and made up all the details: name and address of the account. So the accounts name is John Smith and the address is one that I just googled from Australia. So as of right now I have $285 in this account and its limited saying I need to provide proof of bank account, address, or identity before I can send the money to anyone. So if anyone thinks they can unlimit this account get a hold of me and I will send you $40 cash once its fixed.

Just add a bank account and withdraw the money when 180/45 days will be expired.
