How do i unsubscribe to a closed youtube account?

    How do i unsubscribe to a closed youtube account?
    Im cleaning up my Youtube account, So im going to unsubscribe to a couple of these inactive people i don't even remember subscribing to.

    When i go to unsubscribe, it says "This account has been closed" or "This account has been suspended due to scamming, copyright, ect"

    And it gives me no other option, so are they forced to be subscribed on my account for life?
