Title: Eldorado.gg wiping seller balances after completed orders – multiple cases

I’m posting this as a warning for sellers using Eldorado.gg.

I recently had my account suspended and lost around $1300 from my balance. What’s concerning is not just my case, but that I’ve come across multiple other sellers reporting similar situations.

From what I’ve seen:

- One seller lost around $700
- Another lost approximately $1600
- Another reported about $800 lost

In all of these cases (including mine):

- Orders were marked as completed
- No disputes were opened by buyers
- No issues were communicated beforehand

Despite this, balances were removed and refunds were issued.

According to Eldorado’s Terms of Service:

- Completed orders are considered final
- Refunds should only occur if items are not delivered or not as described

However, in these cases:

- Refunds appear to be applied globally
- No case-by-case justification is provided
- Support refers to “internal processes” and does not give details

This raises serious concerns about:

- How completed transactions are handled
- The lack of transparency
- The risk of holding funds on the platform

I’m sharing this as information so other sellers are aware of the potential risk and maybe something can be done about this for the recovery

If you’re selling on Eldorado, it’s probably safer to withdraw frequently and avoid keeping large balances.
