It's always has been $60 in US, €60 in EU and $90-$100 in AU. Gifts' (purchased from the Steam Store) price are the same as retail's price (in box or not, only the key is needed, no matter if the box is saled with the USELESS disc or not, or only a key as usual). He is providing you a Steam Gift of MW3 saled for just $45 which usually is priced at more (because he can't pre-purchase it for lower than $60/€60/$100 no matter from where is he from!) because he wants to lose a little money dunno for what reasons (who can be: carded; legit but ask for a possible refund 1-2 days before premier release from the Steam Support; purchased from a stolen CC from other steam acc; purchased from a stolen PayPal acc with stolen money; will chargeback the money given in 60 days; etc.).

This site doesn't have any rule requiring a seller to provide pictures of a Steam gift.

It's amusing that you don't hesitate to go into others threads and tell them how to sell their things even though you have no interest in buying them.
