I don't quite understand how me not being able to spell his name is related to his skill level. I spelt it like it sounds.

The thread is about whether people watch MMA or not. So i'm obviously not spamming since I atleast know who "Georges st. pierre" is. Would you like to elaborate on how he sucks?

 

No, actually quite a few other people have spammed. Knowing who he is doesn't mean you weren't spamming. If you weren't spamming, I apologize, but there have been multiple people that post just to spam.
Also GSP isn't a finishing fighter. I dislike him. He doesn't suck, he is actually great, but he has problems turning that into finishing ability.

 

His inability to finish imo is going to hurt him more in the long run. Fighting a full 25 minutes everytime he fights will wear him down. Going 25 minutes with Condit means 25 minutes of Condit trying to finish. During the Rory fight, Condit got beaten two rounds on the third, he put a clinic on Rory. Title fight or not, i think Condits going into the GsP fight ready to bang.

Rage is just too one dimensional . And woah 5 awards from apology on my first set of predictions. I would have chosen JJ but my heart kept me loyal to Page cause of pages good TTD and the thought of hoping he'd get more diverse. Im giving up on Page ever throwing kicks or knees now. -.-.

Anyone else look at UFC 138 and see Munoz vs Leben main event and hate it?

If Leben wins, will he get a title shot?
I for sure don't wanna see that, we all know he can not beat Silva.

Would wanna see that but I feel like Munoz hasnt been tested, I mean Leben's chin is basically gone even if he gets an amazing KO not like it means anything.

Question is, Why put this as a Main event? not like this is an amazing MW #1 contender match. I mean cmon now? They really have been only boosting Leben to get him in another title fight so they can profit from a "rematch" of Silva vs Leben 2


Edit: Maybe winner will get winner of Miller/Bisbing then a title shot.

 

yeah 138 is has a lame card so far.. i know anderson would win if there was a rematch but leben didnt lose his chin yet... atleast 138 is gonna be free

 

Leben no if he wins, Munoz possibly. This is the main event because it is free in England. This is Dana's way at getting back at Spike, giving them a weak last card.

I like the card. Brad Picket vs Renan Barao will be good too.

 

I wouldnt call it a weak card tbh. They'll fill it out with some good stuff. Leben will probably get mauled by Munoz, Leben hasnt fought much wrestlers.

 

ohhh!! I didn't know ufc138 was free. Now it all makes sense to me. Considering I think the last free card in England was Dan Hardy vs Mike Swick which turned into a very boring fight.

Can't wait tho, Nov 5th UFC 138. Then Nov 12th Velasquez vs. Dos Santos Then Nov 19th Henderson vs Shogun. Then wait 2 weeks Dec 3rd will be Miller vs Bisping. Very good Month of UFC if I don't say so myself.

Edit: and a week after Bisping vs Miller we gave the Nogueira brothers facing Mir and Ortiz

I don't know. Munoz has been KO'd before by Matt Hamill. I want Munoz to win but still.

It was a headkick from Hamill and Hamill inst a bad wrestler either. So Munoz decided to strike with him and thought he might have an advantage vs Hamill there and got careless. I dont see Leben throw head kicks and im pretty sure Munoz knows Leben hasn't fought wrestlers. Im 100% sure Munoz is looking to donkey-kong Leben.

 

That was his first fight in the UFC too. I think Munoz will win too. I love watching him fight, he is awkward though, terrible takedowns even though he is a D1 wrestler.
