Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was truly a victim of this scammer, i lost 500+ dollars, got accounts that were either locked or banned or hacked after the scammer scam quit (during the report process).

Now i do understand that the spot check of 3/21 deemed that some were banned and not locked - but i genuinely didn't even have a chance to use the 98 accounts purchased, it was literally 24h post delivery when i noticed most banned some locked. It was my fault for not being thorough enough in the report with the distinction of banned/locked and attempting to mislead the moderators.
