How to make money using thieving?

Is there any way to make fairly good money with thieving? Other stats are kind bad.

 

pickpocketing master farmers? about 200k-500k per hour

you're already 99 thieving though... if you bot master farmers you're just risking your acc

 

Pickpocketing master farmers is definitely not 200k-500k/hour.

Sorc garden brings in more money then that.

Your best bet is autocs pro, solid 200k-600k/hour depending on how lucky your character is

 

Alright, considering there isn't much you can do with high thieving, what do you suggest I do with the account? Would it be ideal for dungeoneering, or is 1 defence unacceptable?

 

Off topic, but where did you train up your theiving after you were 50+?

 

Your fishing is relatively high; you could consider doing salmon/cavefish to 90 and then getting 99 with rocktails.

 

i recomend this, i did 90-99 fishing rocktails alone and made a nice pile o' cash ;D

 

Most of the money that you make in Thieving is generally retrieved by botting Master Farmers from 38-99. There are plenty of any other methods to make money, which have exp/gp gains, as mentioned above.

 

Pickpocket Monkey Knife Fighters, they give D Scimmies and stuff. Gotta do a quest/some quests though (doesn't take long).

No master farmers are trash ever since all the herb's and herb seeds crashed into worthlessness.

The idea would be dropping the worthless seeds and keeping the high priced one, no banking is needed and you only need to drop like 60 time per hour.
Keeping torstol rannars snapedragon and those high priced ones could make you 200-500K per hour, I don't speak from experience

 

Botting sorc granden and botting masterfarmers are well known botter spots, so there might be a high ban rate. To start up your cash pile fish some fish or cut down some trees. After that you can keep going doing this and merchant during the training.
