Can't remove email

So yeah basically everytime I try removing the email from my account it says "The email address you entered does not match the one in our records." and I can't remove it. Obviously the email is the one on the account because I'm clicking the link they sent to my email and it says my email is registered. Anyone know how I can get it removed? >_<

 

I've been having the SAME problem. It's either your situation, or it will send me an email and it won't contain a code, and then when I hit "My email didn't contain a code" it will send me the same email with no code.

Lemme know if you fix it please.

 

It's on jagex end for most part for not sending codes ik for past few days it has been a real pita for me MM'ing account says.


go to account management, email resgistration, and you should see an option to remove the current email. there is a thread here on sythe that tells you how to do it i will have to find again it works pretty good

 

I forgot my pures password and went to try and recover through e-mail. Kept gettin the same thing. I think i saw someone post something saying that rs email system was down. I'll try and find it

 

I was able to fix it, not sure if it will work for you but what I did was just set a new email address and then tried removing it again and it worked

 

Still not working for me
