Staff Feedback

I apologize for my horrendous activity in RaSc lately. I would have knocked a ton out tonight @ work but I fell asleep for 4 hours. Try to get some done before I go home and back to bed this morning.

 

Good job to staff who cleaned up RaSc section. It's only on 2 pages atm, but most of those have been replied to also.

 

Are FireZ, Sin666, and Farcast the only global moderators assigned to RaSc? Those moderators are the only ones doing the scam reports.

 

Nope, djweasel, cosrob97, FlyingToast, RsProd, Scottay are allowed to lock threads in there.

I've been with my gf this weekend and I see Karl but rarely seen anything from Sacro, Nick or Giddy lately

 

Yeah I haven't seen Nick much since he got back, Haven't seen Giddy at all, but I think Sacro has been on.

 

Giddy and Nick are both pretty inactive right now.

 

Giddy and Nick have been inactive for a week at the most. Honestly, you people.

 

I haven't see any globals besides FireZ, Sin666, CSkiffingt1, and Farcast doing scam reports.

 

I don't think people have a problem with them having more important things to do, but they should be posting in the "Staff going away thread" so as to let people know they'll be away.

 

You always do work, you shouldn't be apologizing.

What about Sacro, I almost never see him on here.

 

Scam reports are totally voluntary.

Sometimes it's difficult in unforseen circumstances. Either way I'll have a word with the staff in question and see what the problem is (if any).

 

Agreed, we can't just be expected to know when someone is going to be inactive for a certain amount of time.

JohnK: You have been doing an amazing job in the off topic section, plus with the community competitions.

 

Sin and Suf, you are doing very good.

 

Awesome Stranger -In all honesty, I would love to see more of you. I'm sure you get your mod logs in just fine, but you're global potential if you spent more time on Sythe. Best guy on staff, still.

MohtasaUnique -haters gonna hate, but I'm not one of 'em. I was glad you were promoted, in all honesty. You've got good potential.
Determinate -Maybe I'm in RS less these days, but I see you less these days as well.
Djweasel - Sexiest Syther probs. You had a break these past few days, but no worries there. Keep on keepin' on.
FlyingToast I'm not a WoW guy at all, but you're pretty much amazing even outside your section.
JohnK -Community Mod is even more cursed than WoW Mod. Just sayin'. Don't let us down.
Josh0is0here Is he here? I'm not an OT guy at all, but I don't see you at all, at all. Silent moderating isn't bad, but posting around the boards is good too. :laugh:
Kinaesthic -awesome. I'm loving your moderating almost as much as I'm loving your graphics, and they are both improving very fast.

Sacro -you've got a good viewpoint in all debates, I just wish you were here a lot more. No complaints, but we could use more people like you more often.
Sin666 -I obviously never knew you in your old mod/admin days, but WOW. The present mod/admin days (really... are you a mod or an admin? ) are very impressive, indeed.

Finn -Hope your college tuition thing is straightened out. I know firsthand paying for college is difficult. Despite the hardships, your leadership is not shaken in the least, as far as I can tell.
Giverny - :love: <3 You really are the Mom of Sythe.
Matthew -There are more $300 donors than I have posts. Not really, but the new donation center must have helped a lot!
Govind -I haven't seen you as much as the other admins, but from my old staff days I know you're chugging away at all the faulty code of Sythe.org, so don't stop what you're doing!
Sythe -Thanks for coming out of the shadows of general site management to clarify the somewhat cloudy admin structure. Also, I haven't had a White Screen of Death in months, so thanks for that too.

 

Matthew - Thank you very much for fixing up the issues I noticed with NextGen and NextGen Lite ^_^

Kinaesthic - I wanted to save a special spot here for Kinaesthic. I kind of feel that his time as GFX mod has been sort of a detriment. Back when Tribal and Kaiban were GFX mods they would come into the showcase and help people by giving amazing critique. Kina never does that, I feel like he only cares about the bottom line of his shop and the power as mod. I think there are people better suited for the job who actually care to teach people and who actually do more than 1 type of sig. I am always in the GFX section and I only ever see him bumping his GFX thread. As GFX mod you teach people and help people and Kina hasn't done that. I've never done seen him show tutorials, or even give constructive criticism it is usually 'Yeah, I hate to break it you but it isn't good.' then he'll leave. He has barely even been here half a year, he was only here like 6 months and got mod. How can you build up that must trust in 6 months only doing graphics?
