    I heard Dr Dre's are overpriced and not really spectacular.
    Sennheisers / Beyerdynamic appear to be the higher end headphones.

    Tbh, a majority of Dr Dre headphone wearers are a bunch of douches.

    Neither, get the sony mdr v500 djs. Great headphones, pretty cheap. Durable, comfy etc

    I use beats most of the time and I can say you're mostly paying for the name. The sound quality is pretty good, especially on songs with a lot of bass, but they're really not the best headphones ever.

    I would highly recommend a pair of quality Sennheiser over beats, unless you plan on just making a fashion statement.
