    Dear Sythe mods.


    I am opening this dispute regarding a service provided by OSRSMACHINES.

    I ordered a questing service and was told the quests would be completed within approximately 4–5 hours. A booster was assigned and given access to my account to complete the main quest.

    However, after 15 hours of account access, the booster was only about halfway through the main quest. I asked how much longer it would take, and I was told approximately 1.5 hours, but based on the progress at that point, it was clear the service would likely require at least 2 more hours or more.

    Because of the significant delay and inaccurate time estimates, I requested to cancel the service. A support representative agreed to this cancellation and stated that he would personally resolve the situation.

    When the support staff attempted to log into my account, we discovered that the account had been permanently banned for Macroing on 29-03-2026.

    For transparency:
    I did previously receive a Bot Busting ban on March 9, which was my own responsibility. After that ban, I stopped using any bots or macros completely. Therefore, based on the timeline, it is logical to conclude that this new permanent Macroing ban occurred while the booster from OSRSMACHINES had access to my account.

    I attempted to resolve this matter privately with the admin of OSRSMACHINES, but unfortunately we were unable to reach a satisfactory solution.

    For this reason, I am now opening this dispute.

    I am happy to provide any additional proof or information if required.

    Hello, much respect to you @PierreJtaime and let's get this solved by Sythe STAFF as this is was my decision to bring it to sythe and i'v led you on how to open a report
    i will send the full ticket transcript right now via " report button " privately as the ticket has some private information of customer payment details/name/acc name and details etc
    also, the account has a previous bot busting in march 9
    the service he ordered was quests nothing else, my booster tried to do mm2 for his zerk but he kept dieing, we tried to replace booster, the new booster tried to login and acc was banned, everything is shown with screenshots/times etc, took few mins to try login and find its banned
    im down for anything to solve, but for me i see wats fair was my decision to refund him wat he paid for the service nothing else, customer wants me to replace him his banned account with a free zerk account or 600m which is unfair for me, but if sythe see another point im down <3

    All the best ive used your service for years, I know its pure business and nothing personal. But after such event happens i expect a replacement. and because i loved OSRSMACHINES discord i didnt ask for a full replacement rather either a zerk account matching my stats or Bank value at that time.
    I think thats fair and not my payment for the order. Note nothing in their TOS says i should report a previous ban! if this would be the case i would have told them. Im asking sythe Staff to see what is reasonable in this situation. Free zerk account + Bank value or Either one of those 2 or nothing.
    Ive been active in osrs scene since 2014 and never encountered this situation.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately it's impossible to prove who caused the ban on your account. It could be a delayed ban, it could be genuine, or even a false positive. We can therefore not hold @OSRS Machines liable.
    You are entitled to a refund for the remainder of the service.
    I'm sorry for your loss.


    Edit: side note but you've also received a DNT for ban evading @Mgas07
