Western Union

Could anyone tell me if there's a minimal age required to accept and send payments in Canada?

There's a Western Union at about 15~20 minutes of my home in bus, since I don't have my car yet, and I'm interested in including WU to my payment options.

I was also wondering, what do you need to send a payment through Western Union? Do you need cash or they can do a bank transfer?
