For the ones that are unaware of why a 5 digit is so expensive, is because their the first accounts created from steam and owning the games Counter Strike 1.6, and Counter Strike: Source.

Also, most of ALL 5 Digit STEAM accounts and below are typically disabled very quickly, and or even banned, or unclean.

Clean meaning is 100% safe. This is my original account, so it's the most cleanest account you'll ever see with this low of digit, and their also perfect for being used for ESEA or CAL, or any major leagues.

No the original e-mail was mine, but years and years ago.. The e-mail which is used to login with, no longer exists, the account was closed due to inactivity.

The e-mail attached to the account, I do have access to and can be changed. As-well as the POP provided of the gifted games e-mail.
