Chicks not paying Debt

Explanation of the trade: Not paying debt in the guaranteed time window, for the millionth time. Not responding to messages for almost one week
How they scammed: Not sending out crypto payments even though they guarantee payments within one week. One withdrawal was only requested yesterday so I can let that slide for now, but they do owe a payment that was requested on March 17th.

I have also told them my new terms for trades as they never pay on time and it's getting too ridiculous. An interest rate will be applied if their payments are late, as can be seen in the screenshots. I told them if they keep buying they automatically agree to these terms, and they kept buying from us. If they didn't agree with this then they shouldn't have bought more gold from us. They are now refusing to pay the owed interest as well.
