perm ban?!

i have recently been permanently banned on my only runescape account due to a macro major.. this is my fist infraction! no mutes no nothing! all because i let some sythe user level my mining for 30 minutes.. what should i do:/

thats insane your account has had some bad history down the line somewhere..
never heard of a perm macro major ban on a first bot ban ever..

 

21m but i spent it all on skilling! and im f2p its hard to make gp:/

Well the fact that you are f2p significantly changes the ban process in my opinion.

You should always try to skill while P2P.

 

Well, seeing as you're not a PAYING Runescape Member, Jagex goes harder on F2P players because of that reason (Well, I and a lot of others like to think that but we can't really confirm that).

Basically, if you were a P2P player and you were caught botting it would most likely be a:
-Rollback
-Temporary Ban
-Permanent Ban (In extreme cases)

You can buy a membership upgrade on Sythe for around 15M, and you said you had 21M so you could have definitely could have afforded membership if you wanted to.

can you check like the ip address from which i was hacked from? i have recovery questions and an email set..i dont know how i was hacked, or what has happend. It just says im perm banned. i have not done anything wrong and i believe something is going on. Please check the ip address or something to prove it wasnt me!! when i logged on earlier i was fine, now im banned!! please helppp
