Staff restructure

Good job Sythe, I'm still with the others who posted above me about the new staff rule. Clarification please

 

Aside from Sin666's promotion to special advisor, most of this is not much different from what the admin structure was before.

Finn, Giverny and I deal with community, staff and market related issues; Sythe and Matthew take care of technical aspects of the site that cannot be addressed within vBulletin, and are the only people who have ever been allowed to manage administrator permissions... as far as I'm aware that is not any different from how things were before.

I believe it refers to lesser offenses (ie, staff being bound to restrictions regarding bumping, flaming, etc). Since it's impractical to infract staff, a lot of these rules aren't typically enforced; I assume the rule is intended to remind that they still apply, however.

 

*whip cracking sounds*

In all seriousness though, it's exciting to have 1/3 of the admin team in possession of ovaries.

That's completely right since sectionals can not infract sectionals or globals or admins it makes the day to day enforcement of minor rules hard.

But really, this hasn't changed much other than simply making connections that were always there official and written down, to be honest.

 

Good changes, i hope they are strictly enforced.

This is a admin structure, not a global structure. Also I simply collect donations, I have zero control over perks and requests.
