    Just started working out again

    So I just started working out again cause im starting to gain unwanted weight. It feels so good to be sweating off those calories again. I've gained 15 pounds in the past 2 months and it makes me sick. So today I decided it's time to start working out and eating right agian. I went for 45 minutes straight of working out and then went for a mile run. Then ate a Cucumber after the run. I'm allready starting to feel better and gaining my muscles back :D . I'm going to be working out everyday and I think i'll post how much weight I've lost every week.

    haha yea all i could find that was healthy that didn't require me making something. Thanks also feels good to not sit at the computer all day after school

    Just started working out again

    I prefer lifting weights over cardio, even though both are needed.

    To me, lifting weights is like an investment. You work hard enough so that your muscles are repairing when you're not working out. Burning calories while sleeping.

    plus, women love the muscles :D

    After your workout you should get an good amount of proteins when cutting , not an cumcumber mate lol:p

    Yea, it usually is a lot better to work out all that gained weight rather than just gain more.
