FlyingToast's Guide to Winning Paypal Chargeback Disputes

Overview

This guide will teach you a method in which you will be able to provide sufficient evidence when you are charged back on Paypal to win a dispute (For Unauthorized Gift Payments, Unauthorized Service payments may work as well). This method is not 100% foolproof or guaranteed, but it will work with unauthorized disputes of any value. Your chances of winning a dispute are exceedingly higher when using my method.

I personally have won back over $200 by using my method. MohtasaUnique recently used this to win his $60 back.

If the payment was genuinely "Unauthorized" Your chances are slim to none to win the dispute, even with this guide. This is catered towards those who get scammed, or may be scammed using payment, by someone "claiming" an unauthorized payment to you or many others.

I can vouch for the functionality of this guide. The solutions he presents are simply ingenious and highly insightful.

 

Will this work for unauthorized disputes? What about credit card chargebacks? If anyone posts an "item not received" claim, all you have to do is say "virtual item" and it's an instant win, but that doesn't work for unauthorized disputes or credit card chargebacks.

I find it hard to believe that there's anything in this guide that doesn't already exist in other free guides on this site.

Also, when you say trades of any value, are you aware that for transactions of $250+, you MUST provide tracking information even if it's virtual? If someone sends you $250+ and disputes it, it's an instant-loss unless you somehow have proof of a package you sent to them containing the virtual item, i.e. an account name and password, but even then, you are extremely likely to lose the dispute

Sorry, I did not make my OP very clear as to which disputes this guide covered, it was late at night and I kind of pumped it out.

This guide is for winning unauthorized / gift disputes.

Like I stated before, it also is not 100% guaranteed you will win with this either.

 

Just purchased FlyingToast's guide, it seems like a GREAT way to win a large majority of your paypal disputes. I would recommend this guide to any salesman on Sythe who uses paypal as a payment option.

No, I have no clue why that would be.

This is for winning disputes.

 

Does this work for CC funded paypal payment's? not large ampunts as I don't receive large amounts from PP like $60 max.

 

This does work for CC payments if the payment was ONLY filed as unauthorized through paypal. If they filed a fraudulent charge through their credit card company and the company cancels the payment it's impossible to win.

I'm not sure if it's possible to tell the difference though when receiving the payment, or during the dispute so it's always handy to have this guide around in times of need.

Is this legal? I really don't see how you could win chargeback disputes by any legitimate method. If you are suggesting sending someone a package, for example with nothing in it, that's illegal.
