Strength : 99
Range : 99
Magic : 99
Defence : 1
Hitpoints 60-70
Prayer : 52

I also want desert treasure and animal magnetisum completed.

Or you could look through the forums and find a great gmauler and spend less than this, plus you'd get it faster. Just a suggestion.... Plus all this skilling would take AGES to complete even with botting it.

 

I know but I have time and cash and doing it this way would insure I wouldn't get fucked over.

 

Ask for a OMM to do the trade and pay for a recovery test. takes ALOT of time out and saves you ALOT of cash. IMO that would be the better choice

 

But they could get it back after this I have time and countless billions so am not fussed.

How do you plan on doing this? Since you only want 60-70hp you're going to obviously have to use sw and all that which 1-99 takes ~21 days for each 99 and then we're supposed to trust that you will pay 1b after the account is done?
