They lied in previous cases with no evidence. Add comprehension to your to do list.

 

You're saying that the same witnesses were related to a completely different shooting?

Im talking about the murder case. Its a reason courts don't combine unrelated cases. Again where is the proof?

Edit:

I was simply stating the fact that no one has heard about his previous convictions or that he was beating up a hobo.. all anyone hears is that the witnesses repealed their testimonies. ( the validity of a testimony that has been repealed 20 years after the incident is sketchy. )

 

Maybe it took them twenty years to realize that letting their lies cause anothers death was wrong?

The scales of justice lost equilibrium from this case.

 

I live in the state of Georgia and I'm pretty pissed. The man didn't even have enough evidence to be convicted in the first place. Even if it was enough to be convicted, execution shouldn't have occurred on that little of it.

I stumbled upon this "Spot the Difference" while on ******* and it got me even angrier.



His last words are pretty deep too:

I am not for the death penalty. I am for a prison system reform though. Doesn't mean he is innocent when witnesses from 10-20 years ago can't remember the accused now.

 

I had never actually heard about this case until yesterday, and we were discussing it in school today. It is really interesting to see how someone can be given the death penalty for something that absolutely NO ONE can even shed a reasonable doubt on being the truth.

 

Even if he was guilty, this kind of publicity should have called for life in prison or something to that effect. Killing him was obviously the wrong thing to do with such passionate protesting. It's not like he orchestrated this movement himself >.>... There's most certainly error in this situation.

Either way, I bet that if someone were to call for impeachment, it could easily be passed with the number of supporters. Impeachment or Suspension. Something to show the legal system that killed him of their wrong-doings.

 

This is horrible; disgusted that our legal system is this week....
