Briefly explain the trade: I was buying a Santa Hat for 65USD
How they scammed: I am a new guy so I sent him the money first via paypal as a gift. Shortly after I sent the payment he told me he can do it in three minutes... He eventually logged off and never came back

This is my first transaction here, and it sucks to be scammed.
