FireZ & Matthew - Superb tag team for donations. Gave FireZ the donation amount late last night, and my donor rank & perks were implemented within 6 hours by Matthew, very impressed!

Staff need to be a bit more active in this area :/. I see week old reports that have no replies.

 

I'd do some of those reports, but sadly I don't have perms for that section.

You can always do the report and ban the user and a global or somebody with powers will move it for you

I agree with this, Also i think hes doing a great job repaying the whole Phat situation even though hes not obligated too. Very Active Mod and deserves a whole lot more.

Why does no one actively read the scam reports? Why is it that there's like a build up of 5 pages of scam reports and then they get answered in like a 2-day wave by the same 2-3 mods?

There are legit scam reports that have not been replied to that are almost one month old at this point.

I understand if reports are crappily done, however there are reports from veteran users that are well-compiled with all sufficient proof that have been sitting for 2+ weeks: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1227454 case in point.

Rsprod - Always very helpful. Whenever I have any questions or need help with something, he's always very quick to reply.

Johnk - See him all over the place. Very active throughout the community, plus he's constantly taking care of spam reports.

Flyingtoast - Also actively taking care of spam reports

Cosrob97 - Very active in the RaS section, doing an awesome job.


Matthew - Doing a great job with site maintenance. Always very quick to respond to UT requests, etc.

Sin666- Awesome job answering Ban disputes, see her very frequently in there.


Those are the first ones that come to my mind at the moment, though there are plenty of other staff who have been doing an excellent job.

 

I don't get why RaSc is backed up... Every day there are plenty of mods on for extended periods of time. The main job of staff is to do RaSc and RaSp, so why can't they get done? We have plenty of mods here to do the job.

 

Well, it's not their main job. They have to take care of sectional duties (Market, Off-topic), as well as Spam Reports. Though I agree the RaS could use some more attention.

There are some reports that are a month old, untouched. There are quite a few that are over a fortnight old. I find that rather unacceptable, even if some of them haven't followed proper procedure, it's not hard to tell them so. What are the chances that if they pasted chat logs into the report, that they'd still have the MSN window open weeks later?

I wouldn't be at all bothered if there were 10 pages of reports that were 2-3 days old (all of them). I am slightly perplexed however that there are 5 pages of reports with some dating back for weeks. Many mods are tackling the reports very well, and I commend that. But, I would like to see all reports kept within 5 days. I don't care if you have 20 pages of reports, so long as they are all dealt with in a timely manner.
