A GE Experiment

So I got a few mills, nothing significant. Just from the sale of sig. So I have put in a 10m offer for a gree h'ween mask and I am going to let it sit for a while... Probably around a week, or until I lose the rest in dicing. See if I can get an H'ween mask for 10m, because I saw some thread where someone sold a desert shirt for 500k. The logic is that this can work in reverse.

So the point is to tell your interesting GE experiments and biggest merching profits.

I think that you can forget this. Not you are the only one who is trying like this, also with bigger/lower price.

 

You might have had a chance if you'd put it in the first day of the GE
now, I doubt it

 

I had a purple phat in the GE at 100k for like a month. The only reason I took it out is because I needed the slot for flipping items, or else I would let it sit there forever I have seen a number of people buying/selling things for ridiculous prices in the GE (not rares though, just regular items).

 

The reason of the sold desert robes is because nobody is actually sell them. (because it's junk)

People need the robes for quest, or something else, and they put a (high) random number in the G.E. He was maybe trying to buy the robes for 500k+.

There are many people selling and buying green h'ween masks, but nobody will sell their green h'ween mask for <10M.

 

Won't work, anyone who has an offer in gp over yours will get it. Who would sell it below 10m with no one buying it for that low?..

 

Even if you put an offer in for 100M I highly doubt you'd be successful (unless they crashed, lol).

This can work, but definitely not for an item like this. At least not without a massive crash.

 

The logic doesn't work in reverse, infact, the chances are someone put a Green mask in for 500M. It's kids with a lot of money, who don't want to wait for an item who put in ridiculous amounts, hoping they can get it faster. They never really plan on paying the "500K" for the desert shirt. You can forget this idea man, just saying.
