Wrong. It means your account is locked untill they look into your case and see what to do with your account, you must have been reported for botting or a mod seen you in game and taught you were.

 

Doesn't the term frozen take part in WoW? Not RS?

 

Jagex has banned people by mistake before. Theres nothing you can do about it might as well begin starting over or go outside.

Give the kid a break. He is going through a rough time at home and just lost his account on RS. Although most of you guys probably don't give 2 shits, its still unnecessary to put him down and make him feel worse. He obviously feels like he has friends at Sythe and like people will listen to him, thus posting here about his problems.

I told him about the personal support forum so that he does not post any more personal content in the Runescape forum in the future.

 

The best thing you could do is try to appeal it if theres been a mistake they will find out after a review of your account, and now adays i never heard of a straight ban from botting normal a reset unless you get court goldfarming i believe. i never known how to do this but im sure u can pay for it to get unbanned. but if noting works best thing to do is fuck them up and make a new account and bot it like fuck.

Okay first off, you guys are all pricks.

The most logical reasoning i can see why your account was being frozen is if you have bought an upgrade and it got backcharged. Have you bought an upgrade on the account?

Your account could get frozen if you logged in from many different ip adresses. Happened to me once when I was doing quests for some guy from sythe, it was long time ago, but I think he managed to get his account unfrozen.

 

Quit the game, it's a waste of time/money.

 

If you could provide a picture it would be much easier to explain, it's most likely locked.
