Minecraft Server Competition

A few changes have been implemented.

First off, the size of the plot has been changed to 25x25.
Secondly, I have decided to change the mode to creative for the duration of the contest.

Aww, I prefer it on survival, when will the competition end?

 

Yet to be determined, probably in two weeks or so

 

When will you change it to creative? It's still survival =/

 

As soon as I get home from college I will lol. I was going to do it a few hours ago before I left, but tbh I couldn't figure out how before I had to leave for school

 

Aww, I want it to stay Survival!!! Although take the monsters out for now, they're annoying.

I don't know why, but it's now 98.237.222.206. Should probably look into getting a static IP if it keeps changing like this... don't know why it changed.

That's why it's been "Down" all day, the IP is different >.>

 

Hmmph, yeah try and get a static IP set up. Make sure you change the IP on the main server page also to allow people to join again.

 

And what about creative? =/

 

You have a choice, if you want to participate in the competition your mode will be Creative. If you just want to log on and play (like me) then your mode will be changed to Survival.

 

The server's down again, has the IP changed? Or something else?

 

We are currently having some server problems.

 

The server was down because my computer wasn't connected to the internet via ethernet, I had to switch it to wifi so I could work outside. It's back up as per usual now

 

Why don't we just rent a server?

 

20 man server = $10 - 15/month... That's why. >_<

Oh, and WTF happened to my house??? I go in and my hill is literally just not there anymore, and 20 feet away is a random stone path... and some random assed fortress 200 blocks away...

Watch this video, it's a bit different as 1.8 and 1.9 have brought big changes. But this still teaches you the bare basics of the game.
