Ducttape stuff might sell well like wallets etc. You can search on YouTube on how to make wallets. When you get good you can make a few wallets per roll.

 

I have plenty of ideas of my own, although getting to know other people's perspectives will not only help me in the scheme of things but also help me to realize where I might be going wrong/right. To the thousands of people that do take part in YE, I'm pretty sure they don't find it lame.


If anyone else has a reasonable suggestion feel free to post so, no more making bubble gum or selloptaping wallets PLEASE.

 

Honestly anything involving bubblegum WILL make you money. I also suggested the soda idea, just get some sodas that aren't normally sold in your school and people will be all over it.

 

No fizzy drinks or unhealthy food allowed, infact all vending machines have been ridden off.

HamJam, don't buy from here. I bought from this website 3 years ago, for $100 I bought 60 copies of GTA IV when it first came out. BAM, cash was gone, recieved the items, they didn't work, and were just blank cd's in flimsy plastic seethrough pockets. It's a huge scam.

 

Go on deal extreme to look at their cheap gadgets or other random items. Then find a good wholesaler for that item.

However, selling items like that wouldn't be viable at a place like a school because the customer will never come back once they purchase their item. Once you've sold one to every student in the school, your business is a bust.

 

I've bought games from Asia before, you need a modded ps3/ps2 inorder to play those games, the quality is also terrible. However, I hope buying pens won't be an issue >.>...

Buy ipod headphones for a few cents on eBay, then sell them for a couple bucks. I've made like 200 bucks doing it.

 

Well even though a lot of people don't have ipods/blackberrys etc, some people will still need them.
Since food isn't allowed, then headphones would be your best bet tbh. I guess sharpie markers would work too.

 

In our school, the business class runs a school store where they sell Pens, Pencils, Soda, Gatorade, Gum, Binders, Notebooks, and Candy. I don't know if this is something you can do, but it gets a lot of business, so food should be allowed. I don't see why not.

Undercutting the canteen leads to losses of school profit, which is a bit fat no no. Apparently you can't monopolize shit until you're out of school.

 

We can't sell food for exactly this reason.

 

Hmmm what you need is something that is simple, and useful. Anything to elaborate will turn people off.

 

Step 1: Purchase cases of popular drinks.

Step 2: Purchase small ice packs to keep them chilled.

Step 3: Purchase large overcoat with numerous pockets on the inside.
