    Need to loose weight ....any tip for me??

    I had tried all but nothing make me feel confortable i try to spend some time practising any sport but they make me bored i wish to enjoy them as all but really cant.Also cant stop eating i iam hungry all days in spite i dont need more calories.(+food means + calories means + fat)...my question is how can i stop my constantly hungry and how can i be energic in the fact of dont being eating all days...suggestions??

    Eat healthy, Ditch the fast food and the sodas.

    Download a good book or a good album and take a walk. Have a good sleep pattern and try to drink lots of water.

    This is what i do. I try to count my daily intake and restrict it to 7000kj per day and not to eat after 6pm, until I fall asleep all i would eat/drink is water (i'd have about 5-6 glasses). Btw, it sounds like you're starving yourself. If you are this is the worst way to lose weight, when you do eat you're body is taking it in as fat and not making your body-fat percentage go down.

    There's a BIG solution, in which I took part of two years ago, lost 100lbs+ in a year.

    It gives you video recorded workout videos that do the job.
    Army uses it, Marines and Navy. A lot of ,ovie stars and Professional NFL, NHL players use it to get fit and in shape.
    It's a 90 day program that includes Cardio, Weight lifting and endurance.
    It gives you a book with all the food you can make and eat to maximize your results and to get in the best shape you can.
    I HIGHLY recommend it.

    I dont think counting intake will help me because many friends eat like 4000-5000 calories a day and they are thin and also mamy even not practise any sport i think i need to improve my eating habits. Cosrob your early dinner way make me sense because in the night the metabolism works slow and also you are not moving much so you dont loose much energy and also carbohydrates are my enemy

    Actually push yourself.

    I drink a gallon of water a day. That keeps me from being extremely hungry.

    4000-5000 can't possible be right. That's way too much to be eating in 1 day, a normal man with a healthy bmi eats around 1800 calories. Big point here, carbs are not your enemy, they are your friends. If you want to gain any muscles or have energy they are vital for your health. You just need to do exercise.

    I began yesterday with a simple walk of 20 minutes,just wondering how many pounds may i will burn .. Also could someone give me a tip for the mental fact to have control of the anxious?

    try keeping low calories and low carbs the carbs is the most important part. you naturally burn carbs so if you eat about less than 30 carbs a day you will enter ketosis and that is were your body will need more energy so after its burned your carbs it will start to burn fat. you obv have to stay away from bad food/drinks as well. good luck

    Need to loose weight ....any tip for me??

    My dad eats at least 3000 a day and he is still buff as hell. I would guess I eat around 3500 a day and I have stayed the same weight, and I should be eating around 3000, I'd guess. I know guys who eat around double what I do and are skinny as hell. You can't just say something is normal (and 1800 seems really low) and tell someone to stick to that. Everyone varies so much, you have to go off of them, not everyone else.

    yeah it varies,also you practise sport i guess and that probably helps you a lot but my problem is that i dont got energy to be running all time or doing sports just walkings

    What it comes down to is how much you burn. I can't possibly expect to sit on my ass all day and lose weight while stuffing my face with thousands of calories. You can lose weight by reducing calories but it's not recommended. Eat a normal amount of calories (good calories, not crap food either) and keep an exercise routine going. Myself I've been running once every two days which keeps me feeling good (on top of my weight training.)

    If you are wanting to get into this PM me a schedule of what you generally eat during a day and I'll let you know what can be removed and what should be added.

    just exercise for 3 hours a day and you will lose weight. unless you eat mc ds everyday...

    Eat bananas instead of any other snack. Work out 3-5 times a week, 30 minutes. Preferably running or walking.

    Find a sport you enjoy and exercising won't be a chore. I play football with my friends. It's a great exercise and it's fun. The more you exercise the more your body will want healthy foods which will make it easier to controll your diet.

    I'm no expert, but I hear water is a REALLY good thing. Most people don't get any near as much water per day as they need. You can eat healthy and that stuff, but I just find that portion control is the easiest. Just take a peek at the nutritional info and determine a good size portion. You'd be surprised at how much that will help. Plus, the more and more you control your portions, it will eventually take less and less to make you feel "full". Another tip is to eat slow. Chew your food 10-20 times.

    It's little things that will make the difference in the end!

    Go for a walk/jog or work out at least once a day, and start cutting out anything but water and healthier foods.

    have you ever heard of p90x? that is ridiculous but you can lose so much weight if you stick with it.. look it up
