Why am I angry?

So lately i've just been getting really pissed off for the littlest things. Idk why but for some reason i sometimes get so mad that i wanna kill someone. I personally believe i have a anger problem but my mom doesn't believe me. She is 0% supportive. I want to say that it's my new school. I go to a nice school well ranked, basically a upper class school. I however am poor. We don't have much and my mom works 2 jobs. All the kids at school have the latest electronics/ new clothes ect. I have a crappy phone, a ps3 with a 20 inch old tv. no new clothes. Now im not saying that I need all the new stuff but it would be nice and all these kids kinda rub it in my face. I'm not really accepted there either by any of the kids. The only reason I wanted to go there is because my old school was rated the worst school in Sacramento. I have a cousin who goes to the school I currently go to also and she is greedy, selfish, you get the point. So I don't like to hang out with her either. So I sit at lunch alone for an hour just watching. People will walk by me and look kinda with disgust. I was thinking one time if I should go through with killing one of those Greedy Selfish Rich Bastards but I didn't. I really need help and I hate my life. Why did I have to have this life?

 

There's nothing you can do except work hard and eventually become one of the rich people. Just say fuck them and don't pay them any mind, and get all of your school work done so you can go onto a good college and specialize in something. Just don't let a bunch of snobby assholes get to you. Definitely don't kill any of them. Maybe one day you'll appreciate your modest upbringing. If you had been given everything, you would probably have wound up being a snobby asshole as well.

 

I'm in the exact same boat right now. I'm going to a school in a rich part of town I have nothing compared to them... They all roll into school on their hummers and BMW's and new jacked up Trucks and I don't have shit. I feel the same way but, who gives a fuck about wealth? They wanna brag about all their shit guess what, money isn't everything.

 

Just play it off. If you sit alone, then you're just confirming their suspicions. If you act and show that you have no problem with your financial standing, then soon enough they'll back off. They won't keep going with the same things.

Try to pick up a hobby that releases stress. Boxing, fighting, football, etc are all helpful.

 

Hey there. I was at one point in your boat. I'm an old fart now, but the thing you should realize is that school is a temporary thing and there are ways to get even without doing something foolish...

I found my revenge in sports. At the end of the school day I was so pissed off at everyone when I got on the football field I was pure hell to those rich kids who were 100 pounds heavier than me. At just 145 lbs I was fast enough and mad enough to clean just about anyones clock, and even if I didn't knock 'em down I hit them my hardest every time until I MADE them respect me. I was never satisfied with just football.. I wrestled.. and that's where I earned the most respect. I practiced with the heavy weights... coach would ask me why I insisted on practicing with them.. I'd say because if I get used to throwing and being thrown around by these guys someone my own weight will be cake! Wrestling was an individual (team) sport. When I won or lost it was all on me. When I won tournaments however and placed in state my freshman year in high school I had no further problems with the upper crust.. I think it was the fact that they could tell I was a ticking time bomb looking for an excuse.. I had an awesome wrestling coach.. when he saw someone picking on me in class he'd stop teaching and say "you can't whoop him" and if the punk said he could ... coach would say OK after school today 2:45 wrestlers balcony be there if you're not scared. Id be there and the whole team would make a circle we'd wait about 15 minutes usually for them to show up.... only one ever did. I cleaned his clock and after that he became a friend and a recruit for the team.

High school is temporary. You know how many people I talk to I went to high school with.... ZERO. I don't associate with fake people and fair weather fans. Time might be dragging for you now, but when you get to be my age time just flies and there's never enough of it. Enjoy life man, find better outlets. Get in shape if you're not already, start lifting weights use your anger to better results. I don't know about you but when I'm really t'd off for whatever reason I am a lot stronger than I normally am. Not to sound to star wars'ie but use it.

I guess I'm just saying sometimes you have to earn your respect.
Doing something completely stupid wont fix why you're pissed off all the time. Do something constructive... shoot you might even get a scholarship awarded for your hard work.

If all that fails... talk to your school counselor if your mom wont listen to you.... She'll listen once the counselor starts talking to her.

You sound like the type who would hold all the anger inside you because you're afraid of getting into a fight, or you're too nice to hurt the feelings of another.

Screw that, you're a man and a man should live with pride.

Kids don't like the way you dress? Fine, buy new clothes that fit the latest fashion trend. Get a part time job if you need to. No need to be hated for something that's easily fixable.

Bullies on your ass?
Tell them to piss off. They keep coming? Work out. Do 50 pullups a day (arms must be completely straight when you go down) for a month and you'll get some muscle. When it's physically obvious that you're not weak, they'll leave you alone.

Punch them in the stomach so that they know that you mean business. They'll leave you alone when they learn that they might get hurt if they mess with you.

Once again, keep your damn head up.

If you keep holding all that anger inside, a day will come when that bubble burst and you'll let it all out on someone who has no part in your problem. It seems that you're leaking already, seeing that you already get angry at small things.
