This user is using vouches meant for other users. He claims to have an "old account." The vouches he used are in his signature, screenshotted:



You can clearly see that one of these vouches is actually a vouch on another user's thread: http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=9546505&postcount=9 is the post.

darbuild2 claims his old accounts is "Panzy wansy" (he probably couldn't think of anything on the spot):



Also, right after that, he left the group conversation (clearly he's hiding something):
