do you get banned from player reports or fagex

i am going to make a f2p mage pure but i was wondering if i got banned from player reports or jagex bc i will be only botting while i can look at it every few mins.

also, i know this may be dumb but do you hit higher with higher mage i mean after i get the maxed f2p spell would i hit higher with say 70-80 rather than 60?

It's a little of each, mostly player reports though.

And I'm pretty sure your max hit does not increase? Only thing that would help you is boosted mage levels

Yes. Oh, and my statement was wrong. Things such as the chaotic staff and arcane pulse (? Whatever the f2p one is) necklace do boost your magical damage. The magical blastbox also has a bonus boost to damage every fifth hit.

 

To answer your question, it would not increase your max hit, but it would make you hit more often, plus other players spells would hit you less often.


The accuracy of a combat spell is determined by a number of factors, including:

* The caster's Magic level;
* The caster's bonus to Magic attack;
* The target's Magic and Defence levels;
* The target's bonus to Magic defence;
* Any Magic- or Defence-enhancing Prayers the caster and target might have active.

The Defence skill plays a role in Magic combat: Defence against spells is measured as 30% of the target's Defence level and 70% of their Magic level.

It's like 90% player reports that bans someone.

 

I doubt you'll get banned from a player report unless you get multiple reports. If a P-Mod or someone sends a report its most likely an instant ban.

 

What the hell? ^ By this logic, I can get a small group of people to all report one person while they skill and get them banned? No, if you have enough reports, Jagex will watch you, and if they find sufficient evidence that you bot, then they ban/roll back/whatever.

 

If its f2p chances are you will get banned and on f2p its mainly jagex.

 

Bans are highly dependent on player reports imo.

This would explain why most people that dung bot, don't get banned. You really gotta do something huge to get banned mainly by Fagex.

Player reports make you like somewhat flagged to jagex, and then they check, i think

 

^^ players report--

sometimes u can get reported by 100 ppl and nothing but one person then ban

so its a mixture of both.. nobody except jagex knows the true formula.

 

No one truly knows for sure, but I think it's a little of both.
