    he logge out and my account is still non mem, notice also it said my acc had not logged out, he ran to a bank booth to check if i had a pin, which i did.

    You're credit card wasn't working, due to the fact that it was stolen/not yours.

    Everytime you tried to send payment it'd state that they need more investigation or proof of ownership of the card. Reported you for using fake/stolen credit card.
